Position: Bus Driver

Job Overview
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team in Croatia’s driving field.

The roles include:
Drive Passengers Safely – Transport passengers to their destinations safely and on time.
Follow Traffic Laws – Adhere to all local traffic regulations and road safety rules.
Maintain Vehicle Condition – Keep the bus clean and in good working order through regular maintenance and inspections.
Assist Passengers – Help passengers with boarding and exiting the bus, including assisting those with disabilities or mobility issues.
Use Navigation Tools – Use GPS and maps to find the most efficient routes and adjust for traffic or road conditions.
Manage Payments – Collect fares and issue tickets or process digital payments accurately.
Ensure Passenger Comfort – Adjust temperature, lighting, and other settings to ensure a comfortable ride for passengers.
Handle Customer Inquiries – Answer questions about routes, schedules, and local destinations.
Keep Records – Maintain detailed trip logs, including mileage, fares, passenger counts, and any incidents.
Follow Safety Protocols – Ensure all passengers are seated or holding onto handrails, monitor passenger behavior, and handle emergencies calmly and professionally.

Requirements
Education: 8 pass
Language: Good English skills
Experience: Experience in Related Field
Working Hours: 40 Hours /Week + Overtime
