Position: Brick Layer
Job Duration: 2 years

Job Overview
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team in Croatia’s construction field.

The roles include:
Prepare Work Area – Ensure the site is clean, level, and ready for bricklaying, with proper materials and tools.
Mix Mortar – Prepare and mix mortar to the correct consistency for bonding bricks.
Lay Bricks – Accurately place bricks in rows, ensuring proper alignment, spacing, and level.
Cut Bricks – Use tools to cut bricks to fit corners, edges, and other irregular spaces.
Check Alignment & Level – Continuously check and adjust the brickwork to ensure it’s level, plumb, and straight.
Reinforce Walls – Insert reinforcement (e.g., steel bars) where necessary for additional strength and stability.
Clean Excess Mortar – Remove excess mortar from the surface of the bricks as the wall is built.
Build Features – Construct openings for windows, doors, and other features according to plans.
Work with Blueprints – Follow project plans and blueprints to ensure correct brick sizes, patterns, and structural integrity.
Follow Safety Standards – Wear protective gear (e.g., gloves, goggles) and follow safety guidelines while working with heavy materials and tools.

Requirements
Education: 8 pass
Language: Good English skills
Experience: Experience in Related Field
Working Hours: 40 Hours /Week + Overtime
