Job Overview
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team in Croatia’s construction field.
The roles include:

1. Childcare Worker:

• Supervise & Care for Children – Ensure safety, well-being, and emotional support for children.
• Plan & Engage in Activities – Organize educational and recreational activities to aid child development.
• Assist with Daily Routines – Help with feeding, bathing, dressing, and nap schedules.
• Promote Learning & Development – Support early learning, social skills, and personal growth.
• Ensure a Safe Environment – Maintain cleanliness, child-proof spaces, and follow safety regulations.
• Monitor & Report Progress – Observe children’s behavior, growth, and development.
• Communicate with Parents – Update parents on their child’s progress and needs.
• Handle Emergencies – Respond appropriately to accidents or medical situations.
• Teach Good Hygiene Practices – Encourage proper hygiene, handwashing, and healthy habits.
• Follow Childcare Regulations – Adhere to legal requirements and best practices in childcare.

2. Disability Care Worker:

• Provide Personal Support – Assist individuals with disabilities in daily tasks like eating, dressing, and mobility.
• Encourage Independence – Support clients in developing skills for self-care and autonomy.
• Assist with Therapy & Rehabilitation – Work with therapists to implement care plans.
• Ensure a Safe Environment – Adapt surroundings for accessibility and safety.
• Administer Medication – Assist with prescribed medications and monitor health conditions.
• Support Social Inclusion – Encourage participation in community activities and social interactions.
• Use Assistive Equipment – Operate mobility aids, hoists, and communication devices.
• Provide Emotional Support – Offer companionship and mental well-being support.
• Monitor & Report Changes – Observe behavioral or health changes and report to supervisors or families.
• Advocate for Clients – Ensure the rights and dignity of individuals are respected.

3. Aged Care Worker:

Follow Care Plans & Regulations – Adhere to professional standards and ethical guidelines.
Assist with Daily Living – Help elderly individuals with bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Provide Companionship – Offer emotional support and engage in conversations.
Prepare & Serve Meals – Ensure proper nutrition based on dietary needs.
Administer Medication – Assist in managing prescriptions and medical needs.
Support Mobility & Exercise – Help with walking, transfers, and light physical activities.
Monitor Health Conditions – Observe and report any changes in health or behavior.
Maintain a Clean Environment – Perform light housekeeping and ensure hygienic living spaces.
Provide Transportation Assistance – Help with doctor visits, errands, and social outings.
Support End-of-Life Care – Offer comfort and care to individuals in palliative care.

✅ Eligibility Requirements:

🔹 Education – High School Diploma or relevant health courses
🔹 Language Proficiency – Good English skills with:
PTE Score: Overall 47, not less than 43 in each band
UKVI IELTS/PTE: Overall 4.5, not less than 4 in each band
🔹 Driver’s License – Valid 4-wheeler license (car/jeep)
🔹 Training Certification – Verified caregiver training required
🔹 Work Experience – Valid experience with two references
🔹 Professional Resume – A well-structured, standardized CV/Resume
🔹 Security Clearance – Police Clearance Certificate is mandatory

UKVI IELTS/PTE: Overall 4.5, not less than 4 in each band
