Process Transactions – Handle cash, credit, and digital payments accurately and efficiently.
Manage Cash Register – Open and close the cash register, count money, and balance the drawer.
Assist Customers – Greet customers, answer questions, and provide information about products and services.
Handle Returns and Exchanges – Process product returns and exchanges according to store policies.
Issue Receipts and Refunds – Provide accurate receipts and manage refunds when necessary.
Maintain Workstation Cleanliness – Keep the cash register area clean and organized.
Monitor Pricing and Discounts – Apply promotions, discounts, and coupons accurately.
Ensure Payment Security – Follow proper procedures to prevent fraud and theft.
Manage Inventory Data – Record sales data and help track product availability.
Collaborate with Team – Work with other staff to manage customer flow and improve service efficiency.


Requirements
• Education: 8 Pass/ Education on relevant field
• Language: Good English skills
• Experience: Experience in Related Field
