Job Overview:
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team in Croatia’s

The roles include:
Prepare Worksite: Clear and level the work area, set up formwork, and ensure proper drainage before pouring concrete.
Formwork Installation: Construct, align, and secure molds or forms to shape and contain the concrete slab.
Mixing and Pouring Concrete: Properly mix concrete to the required consistency and pour it evenly into the prepared area.
Spreading and Leveling: Use screeds, rakes, and other tools to spread, smooth, and level the concrete surface.
Vibration and Compaction: Operate vibrators to remove air pockets and ensure concrete is compact and strong.
Finishing Work: Use trowels, floats, and edging tools to achieve a smooth, textured, or patterned finish.
Curing and Protection: Apply curing compounds or cover the slab with plastic sheets to prevent cracks and ensure proper hardening.
Reinforcement Placement: Assist in positioning steel reinforcement bars or mesh to enhance slab strength.
Joint Cutting: Cut expansion and control joints to prevent cracking and allow for concrete movement.
Site Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols, wear protective gear, and maintain a hazard-free work environment.
Inspection and Quality Control: Check for defects, correct uneven areas, and ensure adherence to project specifications.
Cleanup and Maintenance: Remove excess materials, clean tools, and maintain equipment after completing the job.

Requirements:
Education: 8 pass
Language: Good English skills
Experience: Experience in Related Field
Working Hours: 48 Hours /Week
