Position: Construction Helper
Job Duration: 2 years

Job Overview
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team in Croatia’s construction field.

The roles include:
Prepare Work Area – Keep workspaces clean, organized, and free of debris to ensure a safe environment.
Assist with Material Handling – Load, unload, and transport materials such as wood, concrete, and tools.
Set Up Tools & Equipment – Prepare and maintain construction tools and equipment for use by the crew.
Assist in Site Measurements – Help measure and mark areas for construction according to project plans.
Support Skilled Trades – Assist carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other specialists with their tasks.
Mix and Pour Materials – Mix concrete, mortar, or other materials and assist in pouring or applying them as needed.
Demolition & Cleanup – Help with demolition tasks and clean up debris to maintain a safe, organized site.
Assist with Formwork & Framing – Support the setup of wooden forms and basic framing for structures.
Follow Safety Protocols – Wear protective gear and follow safety procedures to avoid accidents on site.
Maintain Site Organization – Ensure tools and materials are properly stored and accessible for the crew’s efficiency.

Requirements
Education: 8 pass
Language: Good English skills
Experience: Experience in Related Field
Working Hours: 40 Hours /Week + Overtime
