Job Overview
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team in Croatia’s construction field.

The roles include:
Prepare Work Area – Keep the crane operating area clean and organized to ensure a safe working environment.
Assist with Material Handling – Load, unload, and transport heavy materials using the crane.
Set Up Tools & Equipment – Prepare and inspect crane equipment and tools for proper functioning.
Assist in Site Measurements – Help measure and mark areas for crane operation and load placement.
Support Lifting Operations – Assist crane operators in attaching, securing, and positioning loads.
Signal and Communication – Provide clear signals and communication to the crane operator for safe and precise movements.
Maintenance Assistance – Help with routine maintenance and minor repairs of the crane and related equipment.
Follow Safety Protocols – Wear protective gear and follow safety guidelines to prevent accidents.
Secure Worksite – Ensure loads are properly secured and work areas are clear of hazards.
Maintain Site Organization – Keep tools, rigging equipment, and materials properly stored and accessibl

Requirements
Education: 8 pass
Language: Good English skills
Experience: Experience in Related Field
Working Hours: 40 Hours /Week + Overtime
