Job Overview
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team in Croatia’s construction field.

The roles include:
Prepare Work Area – Ensure the roof surface is clean, dry, and free of debris for proper material application.
Set Up & Work on Scaffolding – Safely assemble and inspect scaffolding or ladders for safe roof access.
Measure & Cut Roofing Materials – Accurately measure and cut materials (shingles, tiles, etc.) to fit the roof.
Install Roofing Materials – Secure roofing materials to the structure using nails, screws, or adhesives.
Apply Underlayment & Waterproofing – Install underlayment to protect against water infiltration.
Seal & Flash Roof Penetrations – Apply sealants and install flashing around penetrations to prevent leaks.
Install Roof Vents & Insulation – Ensure proper ventilation and insulation for energy efficiency.
Inspect & Repair Roof Damage – Identify and repair damaged roofing materials to prevent leaks.
Follow Safety Standards – Use protective gear and adhere to safety regulations while working at height.
Use & Maintain Tools – Safely operate and maintain roofing tools like nail guns, hammers, and drills.

Requirements:
Education: 8 pass
Language: Good English skills
Experience: Experience in Related Field
Working Hours: 40 Hours /Week + Overtime
