Job Overview
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team in Croatia’s construction field.

The roles include:
Prepare Work Area – Ensure the area is clear of obstacles and hazards before setting up scaffolding.
Set Up Scaffolding – Assemble and erect scaffolding structures safely, following blueprints and safety guidelines.
Inspect Scaffolding – Check scaffolding for stability, secure connections, and compliance with safety standards before use.
Ensure Level & Secure Foundations – Make sure scaffolding is placed on a solid, level surface to prevent tipping.`
Adjust Scaffolding Heights – Safely adjust scaffolding to different heights as needed for the work being done.
Install Guardrails & Safety Features – Ensure proper guardrails, toe boards, and other safety features are installed for worker protection.
Dismantle Scaffolding – Safely disassemble scaffolding once the project is completed or when no longer needed.
Assist Workers on Scaffolding – Support tradespeople with tools and materials while they work at elevated heights.
Follow Safety Standards – Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and comply with safety regulations to prevent accidents.
Maintain Equipment – Regularly inspect and maintain scaffolding equipment to ensure it remains in good working condition.

Requirements
Education: 8 pass
Language: Good English skills
Experience: Experience in Related Field
Working Hours: 40 Hours /Week + Overtime
