Job Overview
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team in Croatia’s construction field.

The roles include:
Prepare Work Area – Ensure surfaces are clean, level, and ready for tile installation.
Set Up & Work on Scaffolding – Safely assemble, inspect, and work on scaffolding for high or complex tiling tasks.
Measure & Cut Tiles – Accurately measure and cut tiles using tile cutters, wet saws, or other tools to fit surfaces.
Install Tiles – Secure tiles to floors, walls, and other surfaces using adhesives, mortar, or cement.
Apply Grout & Sealants – Fill joints with grout, clean excess material, and apply sealants for durability and water resistance.
Smooth & Finish Surfaces – Ensure tiles are evenly laid, aligned, and polished for a professional finish.
Decorative & Custom Tiling – Use patterns, mosaics, and different tiling techniques to achieve aesthetic and functional designs.
Follow Safety Standards – Wear protective gear, handle tiles and adhesives safely, and comply with workplace safety regulations.
Use & Maintain Tools – Operate tile cutters, trowels, levels, and other hand or power tools effectively.
Interpret Plans & Blueprints – Follow layout designs, measurements, and specifications to ensure precise tile installation.

Requirements:
Education: 8 pass
Language: Good English skills
Experience: Experience in Related Field
Working Hours: 4o Hours /Week + Overtime
